Aptus Value Housing Finance India Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of directors of Aptus Value Housing Finance India Limited has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 2.50/- per equity share (125%) of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2023-24.

The Board has fixed Wednesday, 15th May 2024 as the record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend. Accordingly, the interim dividend will be paid to those members whose names appear in the Register of Members as on 15th May 2024. The said interim dividend will be paid on or before 31st May 2024.

Shares of Aptus Value Housing Finance India Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 328.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 329.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14925 in over 1066 trades.
