Ganesh Benzoplast to appoint consultants for capital restructuring

Ganesh Benzoplast Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 18, 2006, has decided to take the assistance of reputed Financial Consultants / Merchant Bankers for advising the Company on Business and Capital restructuring. Accordingly the Chairman of the Company Mr Ramesh Pilani was authorized by the Board to finalise these matters and take such approvals as may be necessary for implementation including approval of shareholders through EGM.

It was also further decided that the Company will endeavour to discuss and finalise association with the long term strategic Investor to support the Company’s restructuring plans.

Further the Company has inform that Mr Rishi Pilani has been appointed as Additional Director w.e.f. October 18, 2006 and will hold office until next AGM.
