NDL Ventures Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The board of directors of NDL Ventures Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Re. 1/- per share i.e. 10% of face value of share for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
