SEAMEC Limited to acquire vessel 'NPP NUSANTARA'

SEAMEC International FZE, the wholly owned subsidiary of SEAMEC Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with M/s PT Nusa Perkasa Permai, Indonesia, for purchase of Vessel "NPP NUSANTARA", having IMO No. 9483061, Indonesia Flag, by itself or through its nominees. This MOA became effective from April 26, 2024.

The delivery will be around mid-September 2025.

Shares of Seamec Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1087.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1094.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2208 in over 128 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1113.00 and intraday low of 1075.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2402433.00.
