Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd approves interim dividend of Rs. 240 per share

The Board of Directors of Oracle Financial Services Software Limited at its meeting held today, has approved an Interim Dividend for the financial year 2023-24 of Rs. 240/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each.

The board has fixed Tuesday, May 7, 2024 as the Record Date for the purpose of said Interim Dividend.

The board also decided that the Interim Dividend be paid on or before Thursday, May 23, 2024 to the Shareholders whose names appear on the list of members of the Company as at the close of business on Tuesday, May 7, 2024.

Shares of Oracle Financial Services Software Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 7359.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 7347.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9922 in over 2169 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 7497.90 and intraday low of 7319.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 73532705.00.
