Seamec Ltd enters into addendum with Zamil Offshore Services Company

SEAMEC LIMITED has entered into an Addendum with M/s. Zamil Offshore Services Company, Saudi Arabia for extension of Charter Hire of Vessel "SEAMEC SWORDFISH" for a further period of 30 days with effect from 24th April 2024 for working in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and UAE as per the Charter Party dated 4th December, 2023. The Charter Hire rate during extension period to remain unchanged.

The charter hire for extended period of 30 days is USD 1.677 million.

Shares of Seamec Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1118.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1077.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3648 in over 134 trades.
