Aegis Logistics Ltd approves interim dividend of Rs. 1.25

The Board of Directors of Aegis Logistics Ltd at their meeting held today i.e. April 10, 2024, have considered and approved Interim Dividend of 125% i.e. Rs. 1.25 (Rupee One Rupee Twenty five paise) per equity share of face value of Re.1/- during the financial year 2024-25 and has fixed Monday, April 22, 2024 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend. The Interim Dividend shall be paid on or before Thursday, May 09, 2024.

Shares of Aegis Logistics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 463.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 439.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 180334 in over 4446 trades.
