Marathon Nextgen Realty Limited - Q4FY24, FY2024 Operational Updates

Marathon Nextgen Realty Limited has announced key consolidated operational updates for Q4FY24 and FY24.

1. Area sold for quarter stood at 1,50,126 sq. fts, resulting for the whole year at 7,27,480 sq.ft as compared to 5,21,258 sq. ft an increase of 40% YoY over last year.

2. Sales value for quarter stood at Rs.229 crs, resulting for the year of Rs.1,193 crs as compared to Rs. 753 crs. an increase of 58% YoY over last year.

3. Collections for the quarter stood at Rs.251 crs, resulting for the year of Rs. 944 crs as compared to Rs.716 crs. an increase of 32% YoY over last year.

4. Net debt at the end of Q4FY24 stood at Rs. 744 crs as compared to Rs. 838 crs., a decrease of 11% YOY.

5. We have had a good quarter in terms of pre-sales *. The additional presales number for the quarter is Rs. 172 crs. This will result in an annual cumulative pending presales total amounting to Rs. 356 crs.
