Sky Industires Ltd to implement SAP

Sky Industries Limited ('Company') is changing its accounting software from Transactions Allowed in a Linear Line Yard ('TALLY') to Systems, Applications & Products in Data Processing ('SAP') effective from April 01, 2024.

The change in Accounting Software from TALLY to SAP is for the advancement in the technology and for the growth of the company.

Please note that the said change in the Accounting software will be implemented in a phase-wise manner with effect from April 01, 2024. Consequently TALLY will be phased out of operation.

Shares of SKY INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 84.53 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 82.76. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1034 in over 31 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 90.00 and intraday low of 83.49. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 88050.00.
