DCM Shriram Industries Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of DCM Shriram Industries Ltd in its meeting held today i.e. 28.03.2024 has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each (100%) for the financial year 2023-24. The dividend will be disbursed within 30 days from today.

The board has fixed 10.04.2024 as the 'Record Date' for deciding the entitlement for interim dividend for the financial year 2023-24, declared in the said Board meeting.
