Ashok Leyland Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 4.95

The Board of Directors of Ashok Leyland Ltd, at their meeting held today, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 4.95/- per equity share of Re. 1/- each, for the financial year ending 2023-24.

The Record date for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive Interim Dividend is Wednesday, April 3, 2024. The said interim dividend, would be paid, on or before April 23, 2024.

Shares of Ashok Leyland Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 166.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 166.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 534134 in over 6938 trades.
