Reliance Power Limited sells 45MW wind power project JSW Renewable Energy Coated Ltd

Reliance Power Limited has announced the monetization of 45MW Wind Power Project of the Company located at Vashpet, Maharashtra for INR 132 Crores (receivable upon closing).

The buyer is JSW Renewable Energy (Coated) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of JSW Neo Energy Limited and a step down subsidiary of JSW Energy Limited is engaged in the business ofrenewable power generation. JSW Energy Limited is a listed entity on NSE & BSE. JSW Energy Limited has networth of INR 18,629 Crore and Annual Turnover of INR 10,332 Crore in FY 2022-23.

Shares of Reliance Power Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 26.27 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 25.02. The total number of shares traded during the day was 512468 in over 1458 trades.
