Uno Minda Ltd invests in Uno Minda Buehler Motor Pvt Ltd

Uno Minda Limited (Formerly known as Minda Industries Limited) had announced about entering into Joint Venture with Buehler Motor GmbH and an equity investment of upto INR 17 Crores in the Joint Venture Company for a 50.10% equity stake.

The Company has invested a sum of INR 6,04,20,600/- (Six Crores Four Lacs Twenty Thousand and Six Hundred only) by way of subscription to 60,42,060 (Sixty Lac Forty-Two Thousand and Sixty) Equity shares of Uno Minda Buehler Motor Private Limited ("UMBM") allotted today at a face value of INRl0/- (Rupees Ten) each, on right issue basis.

Post allotment, the investment of the Company in the equity shares of UMBM stands at INR 11,87,37,000 (Rupees Eleven Crores Eighty-Seven Lacs Thirty-Seven Thousand). The Shareholding ofthe Company in UMBM remains unchanged at 50.10%.

Shares of Minda Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 637.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 632.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 24231 in over 1516 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 639.05 and intraday low of 619.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 15314221.00.
