Reliance Power Limited updates on settlement with ICICI Bank Ltd

Reliance Power Limited along with its Promoter, Reliance Infrastructure Limited, as a Guarantor has signed Settlement Agreement with ICICI Bank Limited (ICICI) on March 14, 2024. he entire obligations with respect to the borrowings of the Company has been settled.

ICICI holds eight hundred and eighty-six equity shares of the Company and is neither a related party nor part of the promoter group.

Shares of Reliance Power Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 21.08 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 20.38. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3574683 in over 6827 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 21.30 and intraday low of 19.37. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 73111618.00.
