Kohinoor Foods to allot shares on conversion of FCCB

Kohinoor Foods Ltd has announced that the Company has received a voluntary conversion notice from its Paying and Conversion Agent for conversion of FCCB aggregating USD 250000 held by one of the bond holders into shares. Further the Company has informed that, the shares shall be allotted in the Board meeting to be held on July 11, 2008.
