Shalby Ltd enters into term loan agreement of Rs. 100 crores

Shalby Ltd has entered into Term Loan Agreement dated March 14, 2024 to avail the Term Loan facility amounting to ₹100 Crores(Rupees One Hundred Crores Only) from Bajaj Finance Limited for acquisition of 100% Equity shares of Healers Hospital Private Limited and General Corporate Purpose.

Shares of Shalby Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 230.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 216.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 66441 in over 1938 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 237.20 and intraday low of 212.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 15222762.00.
