Raminfo Ltd's collaborative venture wins contract worth Rs. 289.26 crores

RAMINFO LIMITED has initiated a collaborative venture with local partners in Rajasthan to venture into the domains of Emerging Tech, Health Care, Energy and Animal Husbandry, etc., the Raminfo Limited Acquired a 29% stake Mis. Modern MVUS Services Private Limited ('MVUS').

Upon the inauguration of the project on Saturday, February 24, 2024, the Honorable Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Shri Bhajanlal Sharma, MVUS started the deployment of its resources w.e.f. today. It involves the deployment of Mobile Veterinary Units and trained manpower aimed at providing urgent medical services for the treatment of animals.

As part of this initiative, M/s. Modern MVUS Services Private Limited has been awarded a contract for the Operatjon & Management of 271 Mobile Veterinary Units. The contract valued at Rs. 289,26,54,000/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Eighty-Nine Crores Twenty-Six Lakhs Fifty-Four Thousand Only), spans a period of 5 years. This marks a significant step for Raminfo towards the Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Care domain.

Shares of RAMINFO LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 140.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 143.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11106 in over 150 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 147.45 and intraday low of 140.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1574745.00.
