Ashiana Housing Ltd converts 63 units into booking of the project ONE44

Ashiana Housing Ltd have converted 63 units into booking (comprising of 1.80 Lakhs sq. ft. area approx. with sale value of INR 129.65 crores) of the project "ONE44". The process of conversion of Expression of Interest (EOI) into booking started on 03rd March 2024.

"ONE44" is an Elite Homes project at Jagatpura, Jaipur (Rajasthan) wherein we had launched 90 units comprising of 3 BHK, 4 BHK, 4 BHK Duplex and 5 BHK Duplex units.

Shares of Ashiana Housing Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 308.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 307.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16001 in over 459 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 316.00 and intraday low of 306.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4965957.00.
