Amex Information Changes name of the Company to Tutis Technologies Ltd

Amex Information Technologies Ltd has announced that the name of the Company has been changed from "Amex Information Technologies Ltd" to "Tutis Technologies Ltd" w.e.f. October 12, 2006. "Tutis" means "Secured" in Latin language. The Company has Biometric product in security field and hence it was decided by the Board to change the Name of the Company with the coin word "Tutis".

Further the Company has informed that the Company is in the same line of activity i.e., Software development and providing IT Solution. There is no change in the activity of the Company due to change in the name of the Company.
