Uno Minda Ltd to participate in Bharat Mobility Global Expo

Uno Minda Limited ("the Company") will be participating in "Bharat Mobility Global Expo" being organized by Ministry of Commerce and Industry and Ministry of Heavy Industries on 1st Feb 2024 to 3rd Feb 2024 at Pragati Bhavan, New Delhi.

The company will be showcasing its cutting-edge solutions and components at its Exhibition stall. The company has been working aggressively to shape up product portfolio for EV by doing in-house development and at the same time also exploring partnerships with other technology providers. As part of these endeavors, the Company's Exhibition Stall will also feature products from prospective technology providers like lnovance with whom we are exploring the feasibility ofbusiness cooperation to supplement our portfolio in the Indian Automotive Market. We would want to highlight that the engagement with these technology providers is only at exploratory stage and is contingent upon feasibility.
