Britannia Industries Ltd has announced that due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the meeting of the Board of Directors to consider and adopt the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 (Q2) would now be held on October 28, 2006 instead of October 24, 2006.
