Sturdy Industries allots 110000 shares

Sturdy Industries Ltd has now announced with reference to the earlier announcement dated June 23, 2008 regarding the Board has issued 11,00,000 warrants to Strategic Investors of Non-promoter Group has been converted into Equity Shares of Rs 10 each, that the Company had converted 1,10,000 (One Lac and Ten Thousand) Share Warrants of Rs 17/- (Rupees Seventeen) each into 1,10,000 (One Lac and Ten Thousand) Equity Shares of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten) at a premium of Rs 7/- (Rs Seven) per share and not 11,00,000 (Eleven Lacs), as mentioned in the earlier announcement.
