Omaxe Heritage Pvt Ltd repays entire loan facility of Rs. 440 crores

Omaxe Heritage Private Limited ("OHPL"), a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Omaxe Limited has repaid the entire loan facility of Rs. 440 Crores obtained from M/s Credit Solutions India Trust ("CSIT") of Varde Partners, along with the interest thereon.

OHPL has availed a financial assistance aggregating to Rs. 450 Crores from Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited and out of which Rs. 290 Crores has been utilised for re-financing the facility taken by OHPL from M/s Credit Solutions India Trust ("CSIT") and remaining Rs. 160 Crores shall be utilised to meet the working capital requirements for the projects.

Shares of Omaxe Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 92.03 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 87.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 151367 in over 467 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 92.03 and intraday low of 88.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13916775.00.
