Gokaldas Exports Board to consider stock split

Gokaldas Exports Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 28, 2006, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2006.

2. The split / Sub division of the Company's share of Rs 10/- into a smaller denomination.
