Dindigul Farm Product Ltd files DRHP for SME-IPO in BSE

Indrayani Biotech Limited has announced updates from Dindigul Farm Product Limited (DFPL), a material subsidiary of the Company:

- Dindigul Farm Product Limited (DFPL) has filed the draft red herring prospectus dated December 31, 2023 in BSE for SME-IPO (Small and Medium Enterprises Initial Public Offer). This IPO will be subject to market conditions, receipt of applicable approvals and other considerations.

- Dindigul Farm Product Private Limited was converted as a public Company with name of Dindigul Farm Product Limited (DFPL).

The Company will make further announcements of all material developments relating to IPO, as and when required, as per Listing Regulations and other applicable laws.

Shares of INDRAYANI BIOTECH LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 64.68 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 63.17. The total number of shares traded during the day was 64046 in over 205 trades.
