Info Edge India Ltd to invest Rs. 25 crores in Zwayam Digital Pvt Ltd

Info Edge India Ltd in its meeting of Committee of Executive Directors held today i.e. on December 28, 2023 has agreed to invest an amount of Rs. 25 Crores in Zwayam Digital Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Zwayam is engaged in the business of providing SaaS based sourcing and screening recruitment solutions and providing end-to-end recruitment solutions with configurable plug and play modules.

The Company has agreed to acquire 2,500,000-0.0001% Compulsorily Convertible Debentures ("CCDs") having face value of Rs. 100/- each. Post this investment, Zwayam remains the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

Shares of Info Edge (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 5149.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5152.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2407 in over 506 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 5193.15 and intraday low of 5126.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12396300.00.
