Can Fin Homes Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Can Fin Homes Limited at its meeting held today i.e. on December 20, 2023, Wednesday, had considered and declared an 'Interim Dividend' of 'Rs.2/- per equity share' of face value Rs.2/- each for the Financial Year 2023-24.

December 29, 2023, Friday, has been fixed as the 'Record Date' to determine the list of eligible members for the payment of abovementioned Interim Dividend.

The aforesaid Interim Dividend shall be credited on or before January 19, 2024, Friday.

Shares of Can Fin Homes Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 782.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 783.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22378 in over 887 trades.
