Shasun Chemicals CEO to be CEO and Managing Director

Shasun Chemicals & Drugs Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 19, 2006 has also decided to designate Mr. N Govindarajan - Chief Executive Officer, as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Company with immediate effect. The Promoter Directors who were hitherto the Managing Director and Joint Managing Directors would continue as Whole time Director.
