Brigade Enterprises Ltd has successfully bid in eauction for 9.71 acres of land in Neopolis, Kokapet

Brigade Enterprises Limited has today successfully bid in an eauction conducted by Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) for 9.71 acres of prime land in Neopolis, Kokapet, Hyderabad at a value of Rs. 68 crores an acre.

The Company has executed the sale deed and got the same registered in its name today for aforesaid prime land parcel.

Shares of Brigade Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 611.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 620.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3175 in over 327 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 626.75 and intraday low of 608.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1954539.00.
