Muthoot Finance Ltd gets shareholders nod to increase borrowing powers to Rs. 1 lakh Crores

The Shareholders of Muthoot Finance Limited in the Annual General Meeting held on Friday, September 29, 2023 have via Special Resolution increased the borrowing powers of the Board of Directors of the Company to ₹ 100,000 crores (Rupees One Lakh crores only).

Shares of Muthoot Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1235.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1252.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10042 in over 1462 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1259.85 and intraday low of 1232.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12456385.00.
