Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd announces termination of license agreement for Keys Prima, Aketa

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced that License Agreement ("Agreement") for Keys Prima, Aketa ("Hotel"), a 40 room Hotel, operated under the Company's brand has been terminated today (at 02:00 p.m) with the mutual consent of all the parties.

The aforesaid hotel earned total income of Rs. 25 Lakhs (approx.) during the Financial Year 2022-23 under the Agreement and termination of the same has no significant impact on the Net worth of the Company.

Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 118.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 113.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 707505 in over 6069 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 118.50 and intraday low of 113.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 82881456.00.
