Gujarat Themis Biosyn Limited has fixed Tuesday, 10th October, 2023 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of determining the eligibility of Shareholders for the purpose of sub-division/split of every one fully paid-up Equity share having face value Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five only) each in the authorised share capital of the Company, into 5 (five) fully paid-up Equity shares having face value of Rs. 1/- (Rupee One only) each, as approved by the shareholders at the 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 9th September, 2023.
