IT raids at Data Patterns India Ltd is a false news

Data Patterns (India) Limited has announced that Puthiya Thalaimurai in their news channel published a false news about the Company during the morning hours on September 20, 2023, stating that an Income Tax raid is being carried out at the premises of the Company situated at Siruseri IT Park, Chennai.

The Management of the Company hereby clarify and confirms that the said news is false and no such event or incident took place at the premises of the Company or any other place related to the Company.

Notwithstanding the above, the Company reserves the right to take appropriate legal action (including filing of defamation suit) against the Puthiya Thalaimurai channel for publishing such false news.

Shares of Data Patterns India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2077.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2068.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8109 in over 1083 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2114.10 and intraday low of 2039.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 16856244.00.
