Clean Science and Technology Ltd invests in Clean Fino-Chem Ltd

Clean Science and Technology Limited ("the Company") (CSTL) has subscribed to the additional 11,70,572 (Eleven Lakhs Seventy Thousand Five Hundred and Seventy Two) Equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each at a premium of Rs. 588/- (Rupees Five Hundred Eighty Eight Only) for cash, aggregating to Rs.70,00,02,056 (Rupees Seventy Crores Two Thousand and Fifty Six Only) by way of subscription to the rights issue of Clean Fino-Chem Limited (CFCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The said shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares.

CFCL was incorporated on 22nd March 2022 as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of CSTL in India. CFCL will be engaged in the business of manufacture and sale of speciality chemicals.

Shares of Clean Science and Technology Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1462.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1450.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15853 in over 2743 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1471.65 and intraday low of 1453.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 23172449.00.
