Star Housing Finance Ltd opens new office in Vashi

Star Housing Finance Limited (Star HFL) (BSE Scrip code: 539017), a retail focused housing finance company in affordable housing finance space has continued its expansion drive in its operational geographies. Thereby, Star HFL has expanded its presence in Mumbai region by opening a new office in Vashi. The branch is situated at Office No. 221, 2nd Floor, Platinum Techno Park, Near Raghuleela Mall, Vashi, Thane, Navi Mumbai 400703.

The branch office will be operated by a set of housing finance professionals with strong domain and understanding of the dynamics of Mumbai and its extended areas. With this, Star HFL has now a branch network of 14 physical offices and associated with it more than 30 points of presence manned by Star HFL staff. Vashi branch shall be operated with Star HFL business philosophy of enabling credit access to first time home buyers by provision of long-term housing finance towards purchase of affordable housing units.

Mr. Krishna Thorat, Regional Director - Mumbai Region of Star HFL said, "Vashi branch is one of the many physical offices that we plan to open in Mumbai region. The strategic location enables us to be closer to our customers which will enable us to serve them in a better manner. Vashi branch will cater to adjoining areas of Panvel, Belapur, Airoli, Ulwe, Taloja and Dronagiri among others."
