Arvind Chemicals Board recommends Bonus Shares & dividend

Arvind Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 19, 2006, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Recommended payment of final dividend @ 5%.

2. Recommended the issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 2 equity shares for every 1 equity shares held in the Company.
