Ashiana Housing Ltd updates on booking for phase 1 of Ashiana Amodh

Ashiana Housing Ltd have converted 38 units into booking (comprising of 49,736 sq. ft. area with sale value of INR 33.08 crores) for phase 1 of the project "Ashiana Amodh". The process of conversion of Expression of Interest (EOI) into booking started on 09th July 2023.

"Ashiana Amodh" phase 1 is a Senior Living project at Talegaon (Pune) wherein we had launched 220 units of 1 BHK, 2 BHK & 3 BHK.

Shares of Ashiana Housing Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 212.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 213.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 34337 in over 1226 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 216.25 and intraday low of 211.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7319612.00.
