Nirlon to sale land at Tarapur, setup IT Park in Goregaon

Nirlon Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 28, 2006, inter alia, to transact the following businesses:

1. To consider and to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2006.

2. To consider the development of an IT Park at Goregaon Location.

3. To consider sale of approx. 50 acres of MIDC leasehold land at Tarapur (presently under litigation).
