Orient Electric Limited completes sale of 23 acres land

Orient Electric Limited has on July 25, 2023 completed the sale of land parcels admeasuring a total of 23 acres situated in Dusakal Village Secretariat and Mekaguda Gram Panchyat, Hyderabad, Telangana, for a total consideration of Rs. 35 crores. The said land parcels were held as assets for disposal. This sale transaction is not, in any manner, a related party transaction.

Shares of Orient Electric Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 230.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 232.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4516 in over 234 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 233.70 and intraday low of 230.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1043001.00.
