Infomerics assigns NCD rating for Satin Creditcare Network Limited

Infomerics Valuation and Rating Pvt. Ltd. ("Infomerics") has assigned IVR A / Stable rating for the Company's proposed Non-Convertible Debentures of INR 400 Crore (Indian Rupees Four Hundred Crore).

Infomerics stated that instruments with this rating are considered to have the highest degree of safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations & such instruments carry lowest credit risk.

Shares of Satin Creditcare Network Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 185.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 171.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 470298 in over 7587 trades.
