QEI Buyer LLC acquires QEI Inc., USA for USD 10.5 Mn

On 14th July 2023, QEI Buyer LLC, ('Purchaser/ Buyer'), a Delaware Limited Liability Company based out of USA has acquired the entire assets of the business excluding Cash of QEI Inc., USA, CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited's Wholly Owned Step-down foreign Subsidiary. The aggregate consideration for the sale, conveyance, transfer, assignment and delivery of all of the Acquired Assets is USD 10,500,000.

Shares of CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 408.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 404.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 88140 in over 3459 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 410.00 and intraday low of 397.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 35678529.00.
