Udaipur Cement Works Ltd. (UCWL), a Subsidiary company has allotted 19,45,08,912 Equity Shares of nominal value of ₹ 4 each at a premium of ₹14 per equity share for cash for the total consideration of ₹ 350.12 Crore to the Company. Pursuant to this, the holding of the Company in UCWL has increased from 72.54% to 75% of Equity Share Capital of UCWL.
