Lancor Holdings Ltd recommends 1:2 bonus issue

The Board of directors of Lancor Holdings Ltd has recommended issue of Bonus to equity shareholders of the Company in proportion of 1:2 subject to the approval of shareholders.

The Board has fixed Thursday, August 17, 2023 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the list of equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear in the Register of Members maintained by the Company's Registrar and Transfer Agents / List of Beneficial Owners, as received from NSDL and CDSL, who will be entitled for issue and allotment of bonus equity shares in the aforesaid proportion.

Shares of LANCOR HOLDINGS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 51.13 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 48.82. The total number of shares traded during the day was 84928 in over 143 trades.
