Allcheckdeals India Pvt Ltd to invest Rs. 10 lakhs in Interactive Visual Solutions Pvt Ltd

Allcheckdeals India Pvt. Ltd.("ACD"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Info Edge (India) Ltd has agreed to invest an amount of Rs. 10 Lacs in its wholly-owned subsidiary-Interactive Visual Solutions Private Limited, step down wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

ACD is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and IVSPL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ACD. Accordingly, IVSPL is a wholly-owned step down subsidiary of the Company and hence falls in the category of a related party as on the date of making this investment.

IVSPL has been engaged in providing software consultancy and supply including activities in connection with analysis, design and programming of systems ready to use.

Shares of Info Edge (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4330.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4403.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2671 in over 618 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4426.20 and intraday low of 4324.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11645579.00.
