Affle International Pte Ltd updates on acquisition

Affle International Pte. Ltd. ("AINT"), a wholly-owned Singapore subsidiary of the Company had earlier announced acquiring 66.67% shares and thereafter acquiring 28.33% shares of Appnext Pte. Ltd. respectively.

It has been agreed to acquire the remaining 5% shares of Appnext Pte. Ltd., at a consideration of USD 1.5 million within 3 years in tranches.
