SIKA Interplant Systems Ltd completes acquisition of Aerotek Sika Aviosystems Pvt Ltd

SIKA Interplant Systems Limited ("SIKA") has completed the acquisition of the remaining 49.14% equity share capital of Aerotek Sika Aviosystems Private Limited ("ASAPL").

Consequent to the completion of this acquisition, ASAPL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of SIKA.

This acquisition is in line with SIKA's strategic objectives to gain complete control of ASAPL, enhance operational efficiencies, and streamline the organisational structure for improved governance and business synergies.

Shares of SIKA INTERPLANT SYSTEMS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2470.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2478.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2175 in over 394 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2545.10 and intraday low of 2450.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5441392.00.
