IFGL Refractories to acquire Goricon Metallurgical Services Ltd

IFGL Refractories Ltd has announced that the Company through one of its step down subsidiaries in UK has entered into an Agreement for purchase of 100% of the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up Share Capital of Goricon Metallurgical Services Ltd of Wales, UK and Goricon LLC of Ohio, USA, subject to requisite satisfactory due diligence thereof and fulfilment of other terms and conditions agreed upon. Said Companies are also engaged in manufacture of Darts, Lances, Ladle Powders etc used by the Steel Industry.
