Shraddha Prime Projects Limited fixes June 30, 2023 as record date for rights issue

The Right Issue Committee of the Board of Directors ("Board") of Shraddha Prime Projects Limited ("Company"), at its meeting held on Monday, 26th June, 2023, have considered and approved the following terms of the Rights Issue:

Rights Issue Ratio: 365 Rights Equity Share for every 100 fully paid-up Equity Share(s) held on the Record Date

Price Per Rights Share: Rs. 30

The Company has fixed 'Friday, June 30, 2023 as the record date for the purpose of determining names of the shareholders of the Company eligible to apply for the Equity Shares in the proposed Rights Issue of the Company.

Issue opening Date - Monday, 10 July, 2023
Last date for On Market Renunciation of Rights Entitlement* - Thursday, 20 July, 2023
Issue Closing Date - Monday, 24 July, 2023

The board had earlier approved the issuance of equity shares by way of rights issue to the existing shareholders of the Company for an amount not exceeding INR. 4,987.50 Lakhs (Rupees Forty Nine Crore Eighty Seven Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only).
