QGO Finance Ltd approves issue of NCDs aggregating to Rs. 2 crores

The Board of Directors of QGO Finance Limited ("the Company") held today i.e., Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 10:30 AM and concluded at 10:40 AM have considered, approved and taken on record the issuance of Unsecured, unlisted, redeemable, Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) under Private Placement basis up to Rs. 2,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two crores only) within the borrowing limits of the Company as approved by the shareholders.

Shares of QGO Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 49.98 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 49.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12140 in over 128 trades.
