US business constitutes 50% of Aurionpro Solutions revenues

Aurionpro Solutions Ltd has announced that the Company has continued its business growth trajectory as per plans. During the Quarter the Company also completed the acquisition of SPS Corporation and Coban Corporation in the U.S. This now brings the U.S. business to constitute over 50% of the Company’s business. With the integration of the business, the Company's total strength in terms of people has also moved to over 500.

Aurionpro Solutions Ltd has announced that the members at the 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on October 18, 2006, inter alia, have accorded to Board to issue, offer and allot in one or more tranche or tranches 3,12,438 equity shares fully paid up (face value Rs 10 each) in the Company at a price not less than Rs 132 per share at a premium of Rs 122 (being the price with respect to the Relevant Date i.e. September 17, 2006, as prescribed under the Guidelines for Preferential Issues contained in Chapter XIII of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000, without offering the same to the persons who at the date of the offer are holders of the equity shares of the Company by way of private placement on preferential allotment basis, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
